Billed Monthly or Pay-As-You-Go:
24x7x365 Remote Technical and Emergency Assistance; Direct service access to MTS ETAS, and manufacturer ETAS as necessary
Repair and Return, Emergency Part Replenishment
Routine part repair and return (30 days), and emergency part replenishment (48 hours or less)
On-Site Engineering
Field technical support on a cost reimbursable basis in the event additional technical support is required onsite to resolve system malfunctions
