• MTS Project Management Team consists of a Project Manager based in Amherst VA, and an on-site project coordinator/commissioner. The Project Manager is responsible for all facets of the project, authoring of technical approaches, customer communication and liaison, engineering, overseeing the procurement and staging of materials, assigning installation teams, tracking progress, and progress closeout.
  
  
• Project managers develop and submit detailed project schedules that identify key milestones and events, including but not limited to, site surveys, detailed network design, formal test plans, staging, comprehensive documentation, installation, testing, commissioning, and site cutovers.
  
  
• The Project Manager and on-site project coordinator/commissioner work directly with the customer Project Manager assigned to the project, providing all necessary reports and attending/organizing project status reviews and other related meetings.
