Steve Clancy, President & CEO
MTS has emerged as a highly effective Nortel-centric system integration, convergence, and sustaining support services company. Drawing on Steve's highly successful leadership and experience at GTE and ISP Inc., the MTS Team continues to distinguish itself for its expert technical ability, superior delivery performance, and acute responsiveness on behalf of its customers. Steve's goal is to be the world's best one-stop service provider for integrated enterprise voice solutions.

Charles Stone, V.P., Business Development
A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Charlie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership. Charlie is an 11-year veteran of the U.S. Army and has 4 years’ account management experience at HarvardNet, Genuity, and Level3 Communications prior to coming to MTS.

Jim Meade, V.P., Network Operations
Jim is responsible for complete project management and implementation of telecommunications projects for MTS done locally and overseas.  Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and is an electrical engineer.  Jim is a 4-year veteran of the U.S. Navy and has 17 years’ project and program management experience at IBM, BBN, Genuity and Level3 Communications prior to coming to MTS.

Elizabeth Steffick, V.P., Financial Operations
With a Masters Degree in Finance and extensive experience supporting DOD contracts at GTE, General Dynamics, and MTS Inc, Liz oversees program accounting matters for each organization, contract administration, Human Resources, Security, and applicable company policies and procedures.
