Telephone Systems. Engineer, furnish, install, test, operate and maintain Central Office (CO), Private Branch Exchange (PBX), and remote switching equipment and facilities, to include vanized systems for shipment to and operation at remote locations.

Local Area Networks. Engineer, furnish, install, test, operate and maintain local area networks (LANs), to include secure wireless networks.

 Voice over Internet Protocol Systems. Engineer, furnish, install,
 test, operate and maintain Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) networks and equipment; converge legacy
 Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and LAN systems with VoIP gateways.

 Operations & Maintenance. Provide on-going Operations &
 Maintenance (O&M) service for campus environments and military bases.

Site Survey. Conduct competent and professional site survey to determine site readiness for new installation or assess current site operations.

 Outside Plant.. Install and maintain buried and aerial cabling, conduits,
 and vaults.

 Tactical Communications. Operate and maintain tactical switching equipment in theater locations for
 selected Armed Forces organizations.

 Technical Assistance Service Center. Available to MTS customers and employees, the Technical
 Assistance Service (TAS) center provides immediate technical assistance for technicians in the field. Staffed
 with some of the most talented engineers in the industry, TAS operates in-house switch systems for
 Customer Support, MTS Engineering, TAS problem solving, remote system monitoring, and personnel
 training.

 Extended Service Plans. MTS provides the following sustaining support and maintenance services to DoD
 customers worldwide:

  1. Post Cutover Support (PCS). MTS provides unlimited repair/replacement services to all system electronic circuit packs, subassemblies, assemblies, and peripheral equipment.
  2. Emergency Technical Assistance Services (ETAS). MTS provides unlimited remote maintenance, remote diagnostics, and emergency technical assistance (ETAS) services for testing, diagnostic fault isolation, problem resolution, and system restoration; services are centrally managed at our NOC and supported with direct access to vendor ETAS centers.
  3. Field Dispatch. MTS will provide field technical support as may be requested by the customer on a cost reimbursable basis in the event additional technical support is required onsite.

 Overseas Experience. MTS has extensive operational experience in South West Asia including
 Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia; in Europe including Italy,
 England, Spain, Greece, and Germany; and in South East Asia including Korea and Japan.
