Mutual Telecom Services Inc. is a Nortel Networks Elite Advantage Partner and Authorized Reseller of Nortel Networks products and services.  MTS specializes in technical services in support of Nortel Platforms, with particular emphasis towards MSL100, Meridian 1, OPTera Metro, Baystack, and related systems. 

As expert service providers for Nortel Platforms, we provide engineering, installation, commissioning and database support to Nortel, and other Nortel Distributors and Nortel system owners throughout the US and overseas, including CallPilot installation and training.  MTS offers these services on a variety of contract vehicles including Nortel’s GSA IT Schedule 70.

MTS is a Nortel Elite Partner providing telecommunications solutions worldwide to commercial and Government customers.    The majority of our business is centered upon providing support for central office (CO) and PBX switching platforms, associated subsystems interfaces, and cable infrastructure in large, complex campus environments. MTS is authorized by Nortel to operate, maintain, engineer, furnish, install, test, and commission MSL-100 switching systems, CS2100 VoIP geo-redundant switching systems, CS1000 TDM, VoIP and hybrid PBXs,  remote line control modules (RLCMs) and intelligent peripheral equipment cabinets (IPECs), CallPilot Unified Messaging, CCMIS, Baystack, Contivity, Alteon, Passport, Optera Metro optical systems, and indoor/outdoor wireless networks.
